Every Lummele representative carries a numbered badge. Type the number below and you'll know in seconds. Do this before you open the door any further — a real one of ours will wait outside while you check, no attitude about it.

What one of ours will always do.

• Show you a numbered badge without being asked, and wait while you check it.
• Tell you the contractor's name and their license number if you ask — it's printed on our contract anyway.
• Leave you written cancellation rights with every contract, with the deadline date already filled in.
• Take "no" for an answer and leave when you ask them to.

What one of ours will never do.

If you hear any of these, from us or from anybody else, end the conversation.

• Offer to cover, waive, or "work around" your insurance deductible. In Kansas that's illegal, and anyone offering it is telling you how they run the rest of their business.
• Offer to negotiate with your insurance company for you. That takes a public adjuster's license. We don't have one, so we don't do it — we hand you our documentation and you deal with your carrier.
• Ask you to sign away your three-day right to cancel, or claim an "emergency" makes it unnecessary.
• Ask you for cash or a payment at the door. Ever, for any reason.
• Promise you what your insurance will pay, or guarantee a claim gets approved. Nobody can honestly promise that.
• Tell you the price disappears if you don't sign tonight.
