We work with one contractor per trade and we name them here, with their license and registration numbers, so you can check them against the state yourself. A claim you can't verify isn't worth much — and we'd rather hand you the receipts than ask you to take our word for it.

"So why not just call them directly?"

You could. We're not going to pretend otherwise, and we're not going to hide their name to stop you.

What you'd be giving up is the part we do: the vetting that got them here, an inspector who isn't paid on your sale, money held back until the work passes, a written cure deadline, and a second contractor already vetted and ready to fix it at the first one's expense. You'd be buying the crew without the guarantee.

And there's one more thing worth knowing. Because we send them steady work, we hold something a single homeowner never does — leverage. If a contractor drags their feet on your punch list, one unhappy customer is an annoyance to them. Losing every job we bring them is not.
